My supervisor bullied me in my job from day one. l began gathering dates and times and compiling a list so that l could take out a personal grievance. l also spoke after the last incident to her manager who informed me this person has had personal grievances against them before. l told this manager l would take out a personal grievance and fully intended to do it and she spoke with my supervisor who began acting nicely to me. It has been months since the last incident and she is starting up again. l am so tired and l have other really stressful stuff in my life. l am not going to quit though because l like my job. She has a new manager now should l go to him now and mention that this has started again and could he please have a word to her or just keep on taking down times and dates?
l decided not to take out the personal grievance last time because she started acting nice and l do not wish to make drama just wanna get on with my job.

You should record any incidents of bullying, times, dates, nature of what happened, names of any other person or people present. Then you should go to the manager and tell them that this has happened before, and that there have been complaints from others in the past.

If you can, join a union. Call your union rep.
