Hi, l work as a project manager for a small business with around 100 people. My boss works under someone else, but he is always very scared of me. l do not dress like anyone else, he is too afraid to say anything.
He is a short, Caucasian nerdy guy, very jumpy, I am 6'6, African American, wear black clothes and gold jewelry.
Every time he asks me to do something l put my desert eagle to his head and say ''Screw you'' as a joke, but he gets all freaked out like I am actually going to pull the trigger.
He is too afraid to continue asking me, and l think he is racist, but l could be wrong.
How can l get this guy to stop being jumpy, it gets boring sitting there screaming ''DUCK'' and watching everyone in the room duck.
The police are real friendly to me, they apologize for being dragged over, kiss my feet, and drive off.
How can l get my boss to stop being so scared of me?
