l opened a new cycle spare parts and service shop, for this one where l have to registered in the govt.sector. plz help me out

You need to take the trade licence and VAT registration. Check with the shop vendor near to your shop and take his help. Do this first man.

First you have to be SS l registered and then NSIS, Collect few Govt. sector in your range and visit the purchase officier ans for vendor registration. For individual Govt. sector you have to be registered seperately.

You need a commercial licence from the local municipality under small shopkeeper category therefore u need to register with & apply to them. You will also have to notify the electricity agency about the commercial status of ur concern, since they will then charge u at commercial & not domestic rates.Depending on the rules & regulations of the municipality of ur area, u will have to find out whether the location of ur shop is legal or not. For example, in Delhi it is illegal to operate a commercial activity in a residential zone (except for some permissible categories). So find out first, if this is ok.
