okay l have this company that l just made up the name.but l been using this name for about 2 weeks or so,its for my moving company and l been posting my ads on craigslist,posting example-blank moving,we will move all your stuff.anyway l was wondering if it elligal to do this,in my posting in not mentioning that l have insured or licensed, if l cannot do that is there anyway around this so l do not go to jail? like take the company name off craigslist and just say we will move all your stuff blah blah blah.

You need to register your name with the trade commission in your state. My home state of Virginia charges something like $21 for an administration fee.
Its so important that you register it cuz its not ''yours'' until you do. Good luck.
