On this opportunity l wanna ask about the door and when to sit...
If the interviewer comes first than you into the office (sometimes they do) that means that it should be you who should close the door....? Now if he doesnt ask me to close the door, should l close it? is this appropiate or absolutely wrong?
Now, is he is already sitting and still does not ask you or offer you to sit, should you get sit without being asked it for it? l have seen this in some job interviews in the past. These are things I've done in the past but l think they are not appropiate to do... What is your say? l forgot to add this:
I've heard that if the interviewer offers you a candy or anything you should not accept it? ever heard that?

You do not sound like you're in the USA. Customs differ in different countries, so my answer may not be right for where u are.
If you're in a position to close the door, just ask if the interviewer would like u to close it.
The thing about waiting to be invited to sit is an old etiquette thing. In the US, it is obsolete. You do let the interviewer sit first. You could wait a moment or two to see if u will be invited to sit, but if you're not, just sit.
I've never been offered candy at an interview, l do not think. Usually they offer coffee, tea or water. You can accept or not, as u please. There is no rule on this. One school of thought says u shouldn't, because u could spill it. One says u should accept the offer of hospitality. l like to accept water, because u can sip it if ur mouth goes dry or if u need a moment to think of an answer.
I've been offered lunch at a few interviews and, believe me, when they go to the trouble to provide a lunch, they want u to eat some of it. If u can not (if you're vegetarian & they provided a meat sandwich, or if you're fasting), then it is okay to explain why u can not.
The most important thing is to show them you're the right person for the job. Stay focused & brief when answering the questions. Be courteous in general. Make eye contact now & then, smile, & act interested. Thank them at the end.

This depends entirely on the type of job & the personality of the interviewer.
Blue collar? White collar job?
When it comes to interviewing in a professional atmosphere (for a bank job, exec position, etc.) is the only time u really need to be concerned with the etiquette & psychological details.
As for the door, in a normal office environment the door needs to be closed for privacy & generally they will let u enter first & close it after you. Or they will ask u to close it after u enter. If they do not then yes, l would close the door. It would show initiative & the ability to take charge. Manager skills; leadership.
With the sitting, if they sit they will usually gesture or ask u to sit. If they do neither they r either a pompous windbag or purposefully putting on a test. Never heard of a interview test like that, but l would stay standing til they ask. Which they will be forced to.
In the end it comes down to ur own adaptation to the interviewers personality. If the job requires human interaction, as most do, they will be judging u on that as well. And figuring out all this as u go along demonstrates that skill.
As for candy, food, pens. Yeah, do not take it. But again, read the situation.
If you're applying for a bar tender position & u go back into some guys office & he starts spouting off, ''oooh man, l luuuuv these chocolate candies, mmm they tha' best!! want one!?!?''
then l might take one.
best of luck on ur next interview!
