l would like to open a small clothing store, selling brands such as south pole, baby phat, sean john. In this town where l live, we only have have 2 department stores and that is Walmart and Target. We have some outlets, but even in those outlets, the brands that l mentioned above are not sold. I am thinking like a fashion store for both men and women. What is required? License? Loan? Please someone give me all the steps to starting that type of business?

premises - local authorities licensing - business name registration - approvals.ie fire department.
Signage - positioning approval, placement decision, signwriter cost
Stockist - contacts , agent, supplier, account set-ups approval,
Stock decisions quantities based on demographics, researching area etc

lots and lots of little annoying things and all before you start selling -
begin by doing a management course and create a business plan
