the house inspector found damage to the house. the beams in the basement are about to collapse and the house is not bolted down (it is not a moblie home. it is one of the homes that are already built).anywho, if the homeowners fix the damages, would you buy it? i'm kinda just nervous about the whole thing

No for two reasons. First one being if the current owners let the house have that kind of problem through neglect, l would be afraid of what else was wrong that the inspectors did not find. Second one is that u can be sure the owners will fix it the cheapest way possible so they can sell the house. Structural repairs r just too important to try to cut corners on. If the repairs r not done correctly u will be stuck with major problems later on while they r laughing all the way to the bank.
I'd definitely pass on this one.
