The manager left a voicemail on my phone asking me to call back to schedule an interview. l called back but the manager was not availble, so l asked the person who answered if l could leave a message for the manager. l said that l would come for the interview on Tuesday after 4.

l feel like l should have asked the person what time the manager would be available and then talk to the manager then and ask her what time would be appropriate for her instead of me choosing the time and day for the interview myself like l did.

Was what l did wrong?
And if so, what should l do now?

No l do not think so. That could come off as you work till 4, or you spend time with your family. Just call the manager and ask if you can work out a time that fits the two of you

l do not think its a big deal how ever l do think you should ask what time do they have available at there convenience
