Hi,
l am currently a senior accounting major getting ready to start my internship with a CPA firm. They have told me that if you work hard (60+ hours during tax season) they generally offer you a position at the firm. My question is if they offer me a job in May, would it be alright for me to defer it until September? l wanna spend the summer studying for the first part of the CPA exam and l do not want work distractions. If l pass that l can then take the second part by December so l can have 2 parts passed before the next tax season... what do you think?
