l mean after the interview is over, you've already been interviewed and they ask ''do you have any questions for us'' do you ask anything. l am already an employee for the company but l am interviewing for a promotion early tomorrow morning. l already know about pay and training.
it is kind of a sales environment, basically we deal with medicare and HIPAA a lot, we are in the power mobility business (power chairs, wheelchairs, etc.)

1.how would the boss (if i'm being interviewed by him/her) would describe his/her leadership style.
2. Is the workload spread evenly through the day (many different tasks) or is it generally very busy then very slow
3. With the economy being the way it is do u find that you've had to make cutbacks (either employees or pay rates)
4. What is the general turn-around speed (for employees leaving) for XX company?
5. If hired would there be a specific person l need to bring my questions to or is everyone very personal & helpful?

l always ask if company policy requires the wearing of underwear.
