get unemployment after you file?
my husband is getting out of the military just need it till he finds a job so please dont say get a job or nothing because it isnt like he doesnt work hard enouht now he just got back from war so please dont say anything like that thanks

Be sure he goes right away to get the claim started. l waited until l got my DD214 form and the unemployment office refused to back pay unemployment. even though the military said do not bother filing until you get the form.

l think it takes around 2 weeks to start getting the checks.
