Every thing l have sold on Ebay, l made a profit on. Not a big profit, but profit none the less.

If l dedicated some time to it, l could make more, but there are better ways for me to make money.

Some l bought wholesale, most l either bought smart (like clearanced from pricey stores) or found in secondhand shops, Goodwill, Salvation Army, garage sales, estate sales, etc.

Digital products is the easiest way to go, u do not have to store ur products & ship them, u can simply have people download them.

The roi has to be pretty good to do all the work of storing & shipping unless the items r small & u can do a large volume of them without having to worry about different sizes ect.

You can make a few bucks on ebay, but not worth running a business out of for most.
