Well, there r dividend paying ETFs. As for volatility, u might consider picking one that invests in a market sector that in general is considered to be less volatile than average. Consumer Staples comes to mind immediately. The dividend of these ETFs is not great by the volatility is not either. There r several of these to choose from.
VDC has been around the longest. It pays about a 2% dividend. Not great but not bad either. About a 7% annual return in its short 4 year life. Beta is about 0.5. It is very heavily weighted toward several stocks: PG, WMT, & KO
Others of a similar nature r PSL, RHS, & XLP
